LEDGE joins ISS Consulting to form the largest SAP Channel Partner in Singapore

Dear friends, we are pleased to announce that Ledge Consulting Pte Ltd and ISS Consulting Solutions Berhad have signed an agreement for Ledge to be merged into ISS. The acquisition process is expected to take 2-3 months, pending relevant approvals. To minimize disruptions for our customers, both ISS Consulting (S) Pte Ltd and Ledge Consulting Pte Ltd will continue to operate under their respective brand name and existing management. There’ll be no change to all existing agreement and contract. With this merger, ISS and Ledge together will form the largest SAP Channel Partner in Singapore with an estimated market share of over 60% of the SAP Channel Business in Singapore.
